Graphite sagger is a cylindrical container that is lined in a kiln and is made of a high-temperature resistant refractory material. The inner walls of the sagger made of graphite or other materials, feature many grooves, primarily designed to prevent the refractory material from losing moisture at high temperatures.

Application：
1. Sintering of lithium battery materials
(1) Cathode material: suitable for the sintering of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and medium and low nickel ternary materials (such as NCM523), and the loading capacity can reach 80% of the volume;
(2) Anode material: used in the pre-carbonization stage of artificial graphite, which needs to be protected by nitrogen.
2. Metal melting and chemical reaction
(1) It is suitable for non-ferrous metal melting vessels such as aluminum and copper, and its corrosion resistance meets the acid-alkali environment, but its high temperature stability is weaker than that of high-purity graphite cartridges.
