Graphitized recarburizer is obtained by placing petroleum coke or pitch coke in a graphitization furnace, where it is subjected to high temperatures above 2400°C, completely removing sulfur, nitrogen, and volatile components through chemical reactions. Graphitized recarburizer is a high-quality carbon additive used in steelmaking and casting.

Classification:  Based on the differences in raw materials and manufacturing processes, Graphitized recarburizer can be divided into the following types:

Graphitized pitch coke

Graphitized petroleum coke

Graphite scrap

Graphite pellet

Advantages:  low impurity content and high carbon content, with fixed carbon content typically reaching 98% to 99%.
